what does a man need???
we are talking here about...the things one looks wen searching for a companion....
we cannot generalise here.....certainly there are exceptions...
but we will focus on the existing trends as of now....
again, there are differences, based on individuals .....the strata of society they come from , upbringing to a certain extent, conformity or deviation to the so called norms set by society ....
and then there is love, affection ....
but is it??
it would be grossly unfair to generalise, for each relation has its own dynamics, but i , for one, have never understood, why people give precedence to money, so called security, power than the basic things in life.....till now i have been happily oblivious of these and would be fortunate.if i never fall into the trap....lowest common denominator, that s the way....
why do we see...2 people together, for good and bad times , not marry and prefer to part ways , when the call beckons???
why is it that the moments spent together, small happinesses are forgotten at the alter of true test of character??/
why does the obvious materialism and base level consumerism take over one's conscience, and in search of greener pastures, we just ignore or forget the basics???
i dont know ,.....maybe coz....i havenot yet conformed fully yet.....
wen one is young and just opening his eyes to the world around....one sees things from a detached point of view..a general view....that is unaware of the dynamics in and around things.....
it s not always the exact or correct point of view...but it definitely has the bigger picture in mind....
wen we grow up...and start dealing with things on a day to day basis and micro level , we then get into the nitty gritties of it all...but often we forget the bigger picture....
enuf for now....off....two hoots for the sighs of a pseudo-aantellectual!!!!!!1
