A new perspective

Now ,the dust is settled, we can write something on it...
26/11 was important, in many ways, and conversely not important at all..

Tired of seeing the same images and the same crap appearing in the papers each day, and having been so near to the actual tragedy, I felt i must be there,at least once.

Then after new year,decided to do some investigation...independently ok...!

Me and a friend..went to leopold,CST road..Colaba,Taj,Oberoi and Nariman point,(outside of course), and Girgaon chopaty ,asked a lot of cops,staff,the guard outside Taj and the security in front of hotel diplomat and got their versions...and then checked with the others.....

I tell u ....its more complicated than it appears,impossible for 4 guys to hold NSG off for 60 hours with a haversack of ammo....there is more to it....

Taj is still closed and the area near gateway around it.is all barricaded over a large part

But these are all there in the papers,you may as well ask me what new have u done dude?
well nothing,but it gives u a perspective of things,when u realise that just 2 days back ,on the 24 th nov i was in the CST,at about 8 pm in the eve to see off relatives.
If it had happened then, u wudnt have seen this post...
I dont have the wherewithals to visit Taj or Oberoi,but i do visit leopold ,marine drive etc....
So , u see my grief is totally personal as well as collective ...as the rest of all
