Where one strata of society is in perennial existential crisis and other strata is engaged in hedonistic narcissism.. the lines of distinction somehow gets blurred..
Covid, cyclone, other ailments, loss of livelihoods, forced migration.. starvation, fatigue.. on one side..
Other hand, one strata ..is engaged in partying.. non stop..life is a non stop enjoyment, in a never ending display of "i-me-myself" elitist populism...marked by general indifference and apathy, aided by token lip service ...
And how many can afford to have "social distancing"…?
Questions.. no satisfactory answers...
If why is sorted, all that remains is the question of how?
The world reveals its contradictions , as nature calls the shots.. silence is golden...
Appreciation has a common prefix..either death or farewell speech..
